3. Bookings & Pricing

All bookings must be confirmed through authorized channels. Prices may change based on distance, duration, vehicle type, service level and special requests. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route deviations, parking, tolls, airport fees, and cleaning or damage caused by passengers.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate booking and contact information, treat drivers, staff and vehicles with respect, follow all safety instructions, and avoid illegal, unsafe or disruptive behavior. NXTGUEST reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if client conduct is unsafe or unlawful.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law, NXTGUEST is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or unattended personal items. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
